British Rock is a earlier style of rock. It started in the 50's and was really popular between 50s - 70s. This style is mostly made up of bands that were formed in the 60s and it has stayed the same throughout the years. Not many popular British bands have been formed since the 70s. But there are many very popular bands that are listened to today even though they are still not a band.
